The LAW OFFICE OF J.F. We provide our legal services to our clients throughout the State of Texas, the United States and across the Globe.
Our principle attorney, J. Francisco Tinoco, has been practicing law for over ten years. Mr. Tinoco operates a general practice law firm covering various aspects of law, including corporate and business law, civil litigation, federal and state criminal law, immigration and naturalization, family law, and debtor and creditor’s rights and bankruptcy law.
Our law firm prides itself in providing one-on-one contact and personalized services to our clients: No client is too big or too small for us.
Mr. Tinoco has practiced law in large law firm environments and well as small firms. He obtained his bachelor’s degree from Columbia College and his law degree from Columbia Law School, New York, NY. After practicing in New York and Connecticut, Mr. Tinoco returned to his native South Texas and formed a new brand of law firm. He is licensed to practice in the States of New York, Washington, D.C. and Texas. Mr. Tinoco is admitted to practice before the federal courts in Texas and New York, as well as before the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
While we are based out of McAllen, we are also represent client all over Texas, especially South Texas in cities like Harlingen, Weslaco, Pharr San Juan Alamo, Mission, Edinburg, Brownsville, Los Fresnos, and Port Isabel. No matter where you are located, we would like to do our best to help you.
We also regularly practice in Harlingen Immigration Court, Los Fresnos Immigration Court, San Antonio Immigration Court, Houston Immigration Court and Dallas Immigration Courts, and represent clients at the Port Isabel Processing Center, Los Fresnos Detention Center, South Texas Detention Center located in Pearsall, TX and the Laredo Detention Facility.
